Cancellation Policy We kindly ask that all cancellations or reschedules be made at least 12 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time. Clients who cancel within 12 hours of their scheduled service are subject to a cancellation fee of up to 30% of the booked service total. Clients who fail to show up for their appointment without communication (“No Call, No Show”) will be charged 50% of their booked service total. Clients enrolled in a monthly hair plan should note that a service credit will be deducted for late cancellations or No Call, No Show appointments. Please understand that appointment times are reserved specifically for you. Late cancellations and missed appointments directly impact our stylists and scheduling availability.
